Brussel Danst Dance Battle

Brussel Danst Dance Battle is the largest dance battle in Belgium.
Organised at Ancienne Belgique by Timiss, the event brings together dancers, judges and audiences around Hip-Hop, Krump and House dance cultures.

Concept & Artistic Direction

The theme of this edition was groove, combined with a palette of warm colours.
The artistic direction is built around a dynamic and expressive composition:
moving typography, wavy titles, graffiti-inspired textures and high-contrast visuals.

Objective

To create a strong and coherent artistic direction, capable of reaching a wide audience while remaining deeply rooted in urban culture and dance. The visual identity needed to be instantly recognisable and adaptable across all communication materials for the event.

Ch’eza Street

CHEZA STREET is the largest Krump dance event in Belgium.
Organised by Hendrick Ntela in partnership with Théâtre National, the event brings together international dancers and audiences around dance culture and Krump.

CHEZA STREET is also an official EBS qualification stage, the world’s largest Krump dance competition.

Concept & Artistic Direction

The artistic direction is based on a raw and instinctive aesthetic, inspired by the energy of Krump battles.
The graphic approach revolves around dancer collages, a strong central figure, and a visual treatment reminiscent of torn paper, like fragments of newspapers.

This approach reinforces the idea of confrontation, movement and collective tension, while asserting a street, direct and unfiltered universe.

Objective

To build a strong and distinctive visual identity capable of representing the intensity of Krump battles, while affirming the underground, unconventional and committed character of the event.

Relive

Eoto Playground

EOTO Playground is a training programme dedicated to dancers from urban and street cultures, focused on choreographic creation.
The programme brings together leading professionals through a journey combining learning, artistic research and stage performance.

The training took place over several weeks, including residency periods, collective creation sessions and a final public presentation.

Concept & Artistic Direction

The artistic direction is built around the theme “Playground”, conceived as a space for play, experimentation and creative freedom.

The visual universe draws references from games and childhood — dice, cards, hopscotch, simple shapes and pop colours — to express the idea of learning through exploration.

The logo was designed as a playful, modular symbol, subtly evoking a shoe, in direct connection with dance and movement.

Relive

Direction artistique & design graphique

ZXPZRIZNCZ

ZXPZRIZNCZ

ZXPZRIZNCZ is a personal graphic exploration project.
Over a period of 30 days, I created one poster per day, with no constraints other than time.

The objective was to test new techniques, break away from habits and make room for experimentation.

Each poster is conceived as a variation, a test or an intuition, without seeking overall consistency beyond the process itself.

QUI SUIS-JE

ABOUT ME

I am an independent art director, specialised in graphic design and video creation.
Based in Brussels, I develop projects in the fields of culture, dance and live events, in collaboration with artists, cultural organisations and institutions.

My work focuses on designing distinctive artistic directions, tailored to each project and its context. My graphic approach is driven by a search for modernity, strong identity and non-standard visual solutions, while remaining adaptable to institutional frameworks when required.

Self-taught, I have been developing a graphic design practice for over ten years, shaped by experimentation and visual research. Alongside this, I produce video projects mainly connected to movement and dance, handling filming, editing and post-production, with particular attention to rhythm, space and the presence of the body.

I place great importance on long-term collaborations, dialogue with project initiators and the construction of coherent visual universes. My goal is to bring a committed and precise vision, capable of giving each project its own identity, without ever locking it into a fixed formula.
