1. Data controller

2. Data collected and purposes

Contact form. We collect your name, e-mail address and message, solely to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote or a collaboration. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to messages (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example for invoicing).

Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser type) needed for the security and proper functioning of the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing the site. These logs are kept for a limited period.

Videos. Our videos are hosted by YouTube (Google). They only load if you click play, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play a video, YouTube may collect data and set cookies under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: your consent, given by your click.

3. Recipients

Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising. It is only processed by our technical providers:

o2switch (website hosting, France, European Union);
Hostinger (e-mail hosting, European Union);
Google / YouTube, only if you play a video. Any transfers to the United States are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set, for example for the administrator login. Fonts are hosted on our own server. YouTube cookies can only be set if you play a video.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@lemydsgn.com: we reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

6. Security

The site is protected by an encrypted connection (HTTPS), regular updates, a firewall, login attempt limits and two-factor authentication for administration.

This policy may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
